We aim to produce and deliver your order within 2 to 3 weeks after payment confirmation. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If a delay arises, we will notify you promptly.

All designs, including custom artwork, remain our intellectual property. Reproduction or resale of our designs without written permission is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect sizes, colors, or designs provided by the customer.
- Minor variations in colors or designs due to the nature of handcrafting.
- Delays caused by third-party carriers.
7. Complaints and Disputes
If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will review and address your concerns in line with our policies.
8. Changes to Terms
