Refund and Return Policy

1. Returns
Since each pair of sneakers is custom-made according to the unique requirements of the customer, returns or exchanges are not possible. Please ensure all details of your order are correct before confirming it.

2. Complaints
If the delivered product is damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

3. Delivery Time
Your order will be produced and delivered within 2 to 3 weeks of receiving payment. If there are any delays, we will notify you immediately.

4. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of confirmation. After this time, the order enters production, and cancellation is no longer possible.
