Shipping Policy
1. Delivery Area
We currently deliver within all Europe and USA.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are covered by the customer. The final shipping price depends on the selected delivery location and will be calculated at checkout.
3. Shipping Carrier
Most of orders are shipped via Packeta (Zásielkovňa), a reliable and convenient shipping service. If not possible, we ship with Slovak Post. Everything is tracked.
4. Delivery Time
Once your order is completed and ready for shipping, delivery typically takes 6 to 12 days. Please note that this is separate from the production time, which is 2 to 3 weeks.
5. Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress through the Packeta system.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet the estimated delivery time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, holidays, or carrier issues). If your order is delayed, we will notify you promptly.
7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package.
